Virtual Assistant

Cloud Free AI is a U.S. technology company with three divisions:
AI NAS SCIF: secure, offline AI document storage for law firms, accounting firms, medical practices and defense suppliers.
Cloud Free Industrial: modernizes older control systems for water utilities and manufacturers.
Cloud Free CRM: custom CRM systems for small and mid-size businesses.
We're looking for one dependable person to research prospects, send our outreach email s and press releases, follow up, and book calls for our sales manager.

What You'll Do
Research target organizations using our in-house lead tools, company websites and LinkedIn
Find the right decision maker at each organization, then find and verify their email
Add about 40 new verified contacts to our CRM every day
Send personalized first-touch email s and press releases from our approved templates
Send follow-ups on schedule and answer replies within one business day
Book qualified calls on our sales manager's calendar
Log every email , reply and call in the CRM the same day
Send a short end-of-day report every workday
Each day of the week focuses on one division, so you'll learn three different markets.

What You Need
Excellent written English. Your email s will go to U.S. business owners, city officials and plant managers.
At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, cold email outreach or appointment setting
Experience finding contacts on LinkedIn, and with email -finder tools such as Apollo or Hunter
Comfort learning a new CRM quickly
A reliable computer and internet connection, with a backup plan for power outages
The ability to work U.S. Central Time hours (see Schedule)
Nice to Have
Outreach experience with U.S. municipalities, utilities, manufacturing, or law or accounting firms
Experience with press release distribution or media lists
Comfort making short calls to U.S. office lines

Schedule
Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 4:30 pm U.S. Central Time: 9:00 pm to 5:30 am Philippine time until November 1, then 10:00 pm to 6:30 am after the U.S. time change
Pay
$1,000 USD a month, paid twice a month by Wise or PayPal
A $25 bonus for each qualified meeting you book that takes place
A bonus of $100–$500 for each meeting that turns into a paying client
A 90-day contract with a 2-week trial, and the chance to extend based on results
