Canva & E-Commerce VA (Trucking Digital Products & Mockups)

We are an established digital logistics brand (Pine Digital LLC / The Blueprint Suite) specializing in trucking guides, freight dispatch kits, and Google Sheets operational trackers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help us build 3D product mockups, rebrand logistics templates, and upload digital listings to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-converting 3D digital product mockups in Canva using Smartmockups (iPads, smartphones, binders, tablets).
2. Rebrand digital product templates (Google Sheets trackers, Excel spreadsheets, and PDF guides) using our brand fonts, logos, and color schemes.
3. Set up and upload complete product listings on Shopify & Etsy (titles, tags, descriptions, and automated PDF access files).
4. Organize master product delivery files and "Make a Copy" template links in Google Drive.
5. Use ChatGPT/AI tools to assist in drafting listing copy, descriptions, and SEO tags.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Shopify and/or Etsy digital product storefronts.
• Advanced skills in Canva (specifically Smartmockups and digital product visual design).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Drive sharing permissions.
• Excellent written English communication skills and attention to detail.
