Pay: $200/month fixed
Schedule: 9 AM–9 PM Central Time (flexible, part-time)
Setup: Remote | Paid 2-week trial

We’re looking for a reliable and responsive appointment setter to manage Instagram DMs and help couples book calls through Calendly.

We receive around 15–20 inquiries daily, and Manychat handles about 80% of initial responses. You’ll mainly continue conversations, respond to missed inquiries, follow up with warm leads, and help turn inquiries into booked calls.

Responsibilities:

• Reply to inquiries within 5 minutes when human attention is needed.
• Follow our scripts and personalize responses naturally.
• Follow up with warm leads.
• Track leads, booked calls, and send a brief daily report.
• Escalate complex questions to our team.

Requirements:

• Strong written English.
• Reliable internet and Instagram notifications.
• Able to stay reachable during committed coverage hours.
• Existing commitments must allow prompt replies.
• Appointment-setting or Manychat experience is a plus.
