Sydney-based construction company seeking experienced cold callers to generate leads and book appointments with Australian builders, developers and contractors.
What you’ll do

Make 60–100 outbound calls per day
Follow a simple script and qualify leads
Book appointments or pass warm leads to our team
Log calls in a basic system

Requirements

1–2+ years cold calling or sales experience
Construction or B2B experience preferred
Clear, confident English
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Available during Australian business hours (approx. 5am–2pm PH time)

Pay
$7-10/hr depending on experience, plus performance bonuses. Paid weekly. Higher rates available for strong results.
