Vendor Recruitment & Lead Generation VA

Pay: $300/month fixed
Type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 3–4 hours per day
Active Window: 10:30 AM–2:30 PM Central Time (CT)

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, proactive VA to help us build and maintain a reliable network of wedding photographers and videographers across the US.

Your main responsibility is to find qualified vendors, reach out to them, follow up, and help prepare them for wedding assignments. We're looking for someone who can manage this process independently and keep our vendor roster organized.

Responsibilities

Research and find photographers and videographers who fit our requirements.

Reach out to potential vendors through social media, email , and other channels.

Review portfolios and collect rates and availability.

Follow up with interested vendors and coordinate next steps.

Conduct initial screening calls when needed to assess vendor fit, professionalism, and experience.

Collect onboarding documents and assignment paperwork.

Maintain an updated vendor database and track recruiting progress.

Identify backup vendors when needed.

Requirements

Experience in lead generation, recruitment, outreach, or online research.

Strong written English and professional communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.

Comfortable reaching out to new people and managing multiple conversations.

Able to work independently and keep accurate records.

Experience with Google Sheets, Honeybook, Lead Generation on Facebook or similar tools is a plus.

Experience in wedding photography, videography, or the wedding industry is an advantage but not required.
