Experienced Property Manager (Australia, PropertyMe Required, Part Time)

EXPERIENCED AUSTRALIAN PROPERTY MANAGERS ONLY. This is not an entry-level or general admin VA role. We do not train on PropertyMe or FLK it over.

We are a Sydney real estate agency looking for a part-time Property Manager Assistant.

DETAILS

• Part time, 20 to 30 hours per week
• Remote, Philippines-based
• Sydney business hours, Monday to Friday
• PHP 30,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 2 years working on an Australian rent roll
• PropertyMe experience
• FLK it over experience
• NSW Rental Bonds Online experience
• Strong written English

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Tenant and owner email s
• Rent arrears follow-up
• Maintenance requests and tradespeople
• Lease renewals and inspections
• Keeping PropertyMe records up to date

All payments and trust transactions are approved by our principal.
