Property Sourcing & Outreach VA (Full-Time, UK Hours)

We’re a UK-based serviced accommodation business placing insurance, corporate relocation and housing clients into short-let properties across the UK. We’re looking for a confident, reliable VA to help us find new properties and bring them into our portfolio.

What you’ll do

Search Airbnb and ---------- daily for suitable new properties
Record property details accurately in our system ( ---------- and Google Sheets)
Message and call landlords and property managers to explain our service
Speak with potential partners by phone in English
Help match properties to client enquiries
Keep records up to date

What we’re looking for

Excellent spoken English and a confident phone manner
Organised, detail-focused and self-motivated
Familiarity with Airbnb, ---------- , CRMs and Google Sheets
Previous VA or outreach/sales experience is a plus, but not essential. We’ll train you.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time (4pm-12am Philippines time until 25 Oct; 5pm-1am after the UK clocks change). Full-time, 40 hours/week.

Pay
$5/hour for hours logged, paid every two weeks by Wise, with bonuses and performance reviews.

Time tracking and reporting
You’ll log your hours and keep a daily record of properties found and calls made. We may also use time-tracking software with screenshots and activity monitoring (such as Hubstaff or Time Doctor) while you’re clocked in, to verify hours and review work.
