Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – U.S. Market

Remote Initially -- Transition to BGC Office – Taguig, Metro Manila.

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to speak directly with American homeowners, negotiate purchase prices, and secure signed real estate contracts.

MANDATORY – Spoken English Requirements: We are seeking candidates who speak English with a neutral, American-sounding accent and can communicate naturally and effortlessly with U.S. homeowners. Your accent must be neutral! Excellent English fluency alone is not sufficient. Clear pronunciation, natural conversational delivery, strong listening skills, and exceptional verbal communication are essential.

A 60-second voice recording is mandatory. Please introduce yourself and briefly describe your experience in U.S. real estate acquisitions or phone sales.

Preferred Experience:

--U.S. real estate acquisitions or wholesaling
--Negotiating directly with American homeowners
--Closing sales over the phone
--CRM proficiency and consistent follow-up
--Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

We will consider non-real estate experience if you have a proven track record of selling and a neutral accent.
