WHO WE ARE

Jersey Senior Advisors is a family-owned, female-run health insurance brokerage. We have been doing this for more than 12 years, we are licensed in over 30 states, and we help people of every age navigate their coverage. Medicare is our specialty, but the heart of the work is always the same: helping a real person make a decision that matters.

Almost all of our clients come to us through word-of-mouth. We protect that reputation by making sure every client hears from us at the right time, with the right information, and never falls through the cracks. Our systems are a big part of how we do that.

We are a collaborative team, with team members in New Jersey and the Philippines. We bring things to each other early, pressure-test ideas together, and no one disappears into their own lane.

THE ROLE

Our busiest season of the year has just begun, and we need an expert who can step in right away. You will own our GoHighLevel account: the automations, workflows, and email sequences that keep thousands of client conversations moving. This is not a learning role. We need someone who has already built and fixed these systems many times and can tell us what we should be doing better.

Managing, optimizing, and building GoHighLevel automations, workflows, pipelines, and email sequences
Creating and running email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, appointments, and conversions
Troubleshooting technical issues quickly and keeping our marketing tools and integrations running smoothly
Auditing our current setup and recommending improvements to make our processes faster and more reliable
Documenting the workflows you build so the team understands how our systems run

WHO YOU ARE

You are a GoHighLevel expert. You have set up and managed automations, workflows, triggers, and campaigns from scratch, and you can find the problem in a broken workflow without being walked through it. You do not need training on the platform. You will be teaching us.

You understand email marketing strategy, not only the mechanics. You know how to write a sequence that people actually open, how to segment a list, and how to measure what is working.

You are detail-oriented and organized. In our business, a misfired message or a missed follow-up reaches a real client. You test before you launch and you check your work.

You are a problem-solver who works independently. When something breaks, you dig in, fix it, and tell us what happened. When you see a better way, you bring it forward.

You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken. You keep us updated without being chased.

You have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Experience with healthcare or insurance marketing is a plus, but it is not required.

THE SETUP

This is a remote position with flexible hours. We care about results and responsiveness more than a fixed schedule, though some overlap with our Eastern Time business day helps since that is when automations go live. Pay is $8 to $15 per hour, based on experience. As JSA grows, so does this role.
