Vintage Streetwear T-Shirt Designer (Advanced Photoshop)

We're a growing streetwear brand making vintage-style apparel, mostly motorsport and F1 inspired. We're looking for a designer with real vintage streetwear taste to create new shirt, hoodie and crewneck designs for the holiday season and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create new vintage streetwear designs for shirts, hoodies and crewnecks
• Some designs will also be adapted into new versions with different elements
• We send references, inspiration, text ideas and elements to use. You don't need to know F1, but you need to know vintage streetwear

WHAT WE NEED

• Strong vintage streetwear apparel taste. You know what makes a graphic tee look good and sell
• Advanced Photoshop skills: playing with graphics, textures, halftones, distressing and photo treatment
• Strong typography and layout
• A portfolio of real apparel designs in a vintage or streetwear style (graphic tees, 90s bootleg style, washed vintage, racing)
• You know how to create print-ready files for DTG: 4200 x 4800 px, 300 DPI, transparent PNG
• A layered PSD file for every design
• Good English and on-time delivery

BONUS

• Racing, motorsport or F1 designs in your portfolio
• Illustrator skills for type

We don't use AI-generated designs. Every design is made by hand. If your work is AI-made, please don't apply.

PAY AND WORKLOAD

• $7-10/hr equivalent, paid per finished design. Details will be explained in the next steps
• Paid weekly
• Shortlisted applicants do a short paid test
• Work starts now and is busiest through December. If it's a good fit, there's ongoing work after that
• All designs become our property (full rights) once paid
