About the Role We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support FedEx's high-volume hiring efforts. In this role, you are the recruiter — not a driver, not a package handler. You will work remotely, reaching out to candidates who have already applied for driver and package handling positions at FedEx, screening them by phone, and moving qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline.

What You Will Do

Contact applicants who have submitted applications for FedEx driver and package handling roles
Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
Verify eligibility requirements (background, schedule, location)
Track pipeline status and update applicant records
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process
Hand off qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring team
What We Are Looking For

Strong verbal communication and a professional phone presence
Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-ups daily
Reliable home office setup with stable internet
Self-motivated and organized without direct supervision
Prior recruiting, customer service, or outbound calling experience is a plus
