(PART-TIME) Remote Operations & Sales Coordinator

Remote Cleaning Operations & Sales Assistant (VA)

Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time) Location: Remote (EST hours)
Pay: $3-$5/hr USD depending on experience, plus commission on every one-time and recurring clean you close

Schedule would be Monday - Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST with 1 hour of breaks

We're a fast-growing cleaning company serving residential, Airbnb, post-construction, and commercial clients in Cincinnati and Phoenix. We're a young, driven team, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term. This isn't just a task-taking role. You'll learn how a cleaning business runs and grows from the inside, from operations to sales to growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound leads from Meta, Thumbtack, Google, Yelp, and organic channels: qualify them, quote them, and close them
• Answer inbound calls and texts through Quo
• Book and manage cleans in Booking Koala (our CRM)
• Coordinate cleans with our team: scheduling, confirmations, and changes
• Follow up with leads who haven't booked yet
• Keep the team in sync on
• Spot what's slow or repetitive and help us fix it

Who we're looking for

• Reliable, with strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Gmail, and learning new tools quickly
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes figuring things out
• Has a growth mindset and wants to build a career, not just clock hours
• Enjoys improving processes, not just following them

Bonus if you have

• Experience working for or with a cleaning business
• Sales or customer service experience
• Experience with Booking Koala, Quo, Thumbtack, or other CRMs
• Experience using AI tools to speed up your work
