Youtube Thumbnail Designer (Concept + Execution)

I don't need someone who copies references. I need someone who reads a title, comes up with a strong thumbnail concept on their own, and executes it.

You study what works on YouTube and adapt winning concepts from other niches (e.g. a golf thumbnail based on a tennis one).

I value a clear, well-thought-out thumbnail concept: it should be understood in a split second. I don't want an overloaded, typical AI-looking thumbnail.

THE WORK:

• 5 thumbnails a day, 35 per week.
• For each video you'll receive the title. Then you d ---------- the concept, and you create the thumbnail.
• Before every thumbnail, you must research proven formats on YouTube and show your references. Typing the title into ChatGPT and picking an output doesn’t count.

REQUIRED:
1. Strong creative instinct: you can find the visual hook of a title without being told what it should look like.
2. Strong Photoshop skills. You must be able to retouch, composite and fix AI images.
3. You are expected to use AI tools, but raw AI output is not acceptable. If you use AI, I expect heavy editing and modification on top of it.
4. Fast responses and reliable delivery.

💰 $150 a month, part time. Rising to $200 after 6 months and to $300 after 1 year.

TO APPLY:

B. Write 2 sentences per thumbnail explaining your concept and why it makes viewers click.

C. Attach 3 screenshots of existing YouTube thumbnails that show your research: concepts from videos that already perform well, and that inspired your thumbnails. Before designing, I want to see that you check what works on YouTube.

Test thumbnails will not be used on any of our videos.
