I currently run 3 digital e-commerce stores and am looking to build a reliable, long-term creative team to help scale our advertising efforts.

What you'll be creating:

• Ability to recreate reference videos accurately while improving them with your own creative details
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

How we work:
I provide clear briefs, references, creative direction, and examples of exactly what needs to be produced.

You don't need to come up with everything from scratch. The direction is provided — your responsibility is to execute at a high level and improve the final result.

Your job is to recreate the provided references as closely as possible while adding your own creative touches, improvements, and small details that make the final output even better.

I'm currently selecting a small number of experienced editors for an initial trial period to evaluate quality, speed, communication, and consistency.
