We're Hiring: Appointment Setter (Remote)

AI Growth Lab is looking for a confident, experienced Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team.

We run live webinars teaching people how to build AI-powered businesses. You'll be reaching out to warm leads who have already registered for our free training, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments with our sales closer.

What You'll Do

• Call and follow up with warm webinar leads (no traditional cold prospecting).
• Have natural conversations, understand prospects' goals, and qualify their interest.
• Book qualified appointments for our sales closer.
• Follow up with webinar attendees and missed appointments.
• Update lead statuses, notes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Previous appointment-setting, outbound calling, or phone sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Organized, consistent, and comfortable using CRM software.
• Experience with high-ticket coaching or webinar funnels is a plus.

Compensation: $800–$1,500/month, depending on experience, schedule, and performance, including potential bonuses.
