Full-Time Photoshop Designer – Product Ads & Marketplace Banners

Do you enjoy turning a plain product photo into an ad that makes people stop scrolling? We sell online and need a full-time designer who lives in Adobe Photoshop.

A TYPICAL DAY WITH US

• Clean up and retouch product photos (cut-outs, shadows, colour correction)
• Build marketplace banners and product listing images for Shopee, Lazada, eBay and our website
• Create social media ads, carousels and story graphics
• Resize and export every design in the right format for each platform
• Take feedback from the team and improve your designs fast

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF

• You are strong in Photoshop: layers, masks, pen tool, smart objects, retouching
• You care about clean layouts, typography and small details
• You can manage your own tasks and hit deadlines without being chased
• You want a long-term, stable full-time job, not a side gig

IMPORTANT: Photoshop only. Canva is NOT accepted. You will deliver organised, editable PSD files.

THE DEAL

• Salary: PHP 20,000 per month
• 45 hours per week minimum
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (lunch 1:00 – 2:00 PM)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 18 days of annual leave
• Yearly salary review based on your skills, performance and results
• After your first year: Saturdays off in July and August
