---------- /SomStart is a growing U.S.-based online school. We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging content daily.
• Professionally edit videos, reels, shorts, and promotional ads.
• Turn recorded classes and live sessions into short, engaging videos.
• Design high-quality promotional graphics and advertisements.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new paying students.
• Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with teachers to create educational content.
• Monitor analytics, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
• Provide weekly performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional social media management experience.
• Advanced video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Proven experience growing social media accounts organically.
• Experience creating successful paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube algorithms.
• Excellent English communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results.
