About the Role
We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Sales & Technical Specialist to help build out, optimize, and streamline CRM setups and sales pipelines for two distinct business initiatives:

The College Game ( ---------- ) – An academic coaching platform hosted on Kajabi, dedicated to empowering students for future academic and career success.

Edmondson Solutions AI – A B2B solution provider delivering AI agents and automated business solutions to small business owners.

In this role, you will lead the setup and integration of two separate agency/sub-accounts within GoHighLevel, connect them seamlessly with our core systems (including Kajabi), and actively drive leads through structured GHL sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
GHL Architecture & Setup: Build and configure two sub-accounts/agencies within GoHighLevel tailored to the specific audiences of The College Game and Edmondson Solutions AI.

System Integrations: Seamlessly integrate GoHighLevel with Kajabi, payment gateways, calendars, webhooks, and third-party AI tools.

Sales Pipeline Creation: Design, test, and manage automated sales pipelines, lead nurture sequences, text/email workflows, and appointment booking funnels.

Lead Conversion & Sales: Manage incoming leads, qualify prospects, and perform outreach using automated multi-channel messaging (SMS, Email , Call workflows).

AI & Automation Implementation: Integrate AI agent solutions for Edmondson Solutions AI to streamline client onboarding and customer support.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven GoHighLevel Expertise: Minimum [1–2+] years of hands-on experience configuring GHL accounts, snapshots, pipelines, and workflows.

Kajabi Knowledge: Direct experience connecting GHL with Kajabi for lead capture, student onboarding, and course sales.

Sales & Funnel Strategy: Strong background in sales communication, lead conversion, and direct-response funnel strategies.

AI Tool Familiarity: Comfort working with AI integrations, custom APIs/webhooks (e.g., Zapier, ---------- ), and conversational AI agents.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
