Appointment Setter – $200 Base + Uncapped Commission | $600–$1,500+ OTE

OTE means on-target earnings. The $600–$1,500+ range is based on achieving approximately 6–8 qualified meetings and generating 1–2 new clients per month. Actual earnings will depend on performance, client pricing, conversions, and retention.

About Us
We are a small Amazon advertising agency that helps founder-led brands grow profitably on Amazon. We're growing and looking for a reliable appointment setter to help us connect with more Amazon brand owners.

What you'll do

• Call founders and owners of small Amazon brands from a lead list we provide, using our parallel dialer
• Offer them a free competitor breakdown for their brand
• Book 15-minute intro calls on our founder's calendar
• Log every call outcome and follow up with interested brands
• Respect every "not interested" or "don't call me" right away

Pay

• $200/month base pay (paid twice a month)
• $30 for each of your first 8 qualified meetings held during the month (paid weekly)
• $40 for each additional qualified meeting held after the first 8 (paid weekly)
• 50% of the first monthly payment collected from each new client generated through your qualified meeting
• 10% of that client's monthly fee for their first six paid months
• No cap on earnings

Signing commissions are paid after the client's first payment clears and the client completes 30 days without a refund or chargeback. Recurring commissions are paid monthly for the client's first six paid months.

What one signed client can earn you:

• $750/month client: $375 signing commission + $450 over six months = $825
• $1,500/month client: $750 signing commission + $900 over six months = $1,650

What counts as a qualified meeting

• You spoke directly with the founder or Amazon decision-maker
• The company actively sells its own brand on Amazon
• The company fits the target profile provided during training
• The prospect expressed genuine interest in the complimentary competitor breakdown or Amazon advertising support
• The meeting was generated through your outreach and actually takes place
• The prospect was not already active in our pipeline

Workload

• About 10–15 hours of calling per week
• A calling block during US business hours that we agree on together
• A minimum of 10 calling hours per week
• All call outcomes logged before the end of each session
• Follow-ups completed on schedule

What we provide

• A parallel dialer and lead lists
• A short script and an easy offer (the free competitor breakdown)
• Training on our process and common objections
• Direct communication with the founder

What you need

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Cold calling or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
• Comfort handling objections politely and staying professional
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Availability for 10–15 hours per week during US business hours

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce, Amazon sellers or marketing agencies
• Experience using a parallel or power dialer

How it works

• This is an independent contractor role
• We start with a paid 2-week trial ($100 base for the trial period, plus all meeting and client commissions you earn)
• Setters who meet our quality, reliability, and performance standards may be offered a long-term position
• After 60 days, strong performers will be eligible for a compensation review, a higher base, and additional responsibility as the company grows
• You must follow our calling rules, including Do Not Call requirements
