Social Media Manager and Video/Graphic Editor

We’re Seeking: A Full-Time Social Media Content & Scheduling Specialist

Location: Philippines (Remote) – must be able to work during U.S. daytime / evening for check-ins
Hours: 30-40 hours/week (depending on your efforts)
Pay: USD $4-6 / hour (based on skill)
Key Tools: CapCut / VN / Premiere, Canva, Meta Business Suite, IG Edits App, Go High Level (our scheduling tool), Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, ChatGPT

Your Role
You’ll take raw footage from Alexis and own the entire content pipeline—editing ? graphics ? scheduling ? basic performance tracking.

Responsibilities include:

• Edit & Repurpose Video - Slice long clips into Reels, TikToks, YT Shorts; add hooks, captions, burned-in subtitles, B-roll.
• Create On-Brand Graphics - Design quote cards, carousel slides, tweet-style posts, etc. in Canva.
• Schedule & Publish - Queue 4 posts/day across IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts & Twitter ; double-check each post goes live.
• Stories & Micro-Content - Pull daily Stories, add stickers/polls/CTAs to keep followers engaged.
• Weekly Reporting - Quick one-pager: posts published, reach, engagement %, lead DMs, top 3 wins, next-week tweaks.
• Trend Spotting & Experiments - Suggest hashtags, audio, or formats to test; track results.

• Trustworthy & Ethical – ZERO tolerance for time-cheating or shady practices.
• Flexible Schedule – comfortable with PH night / early-AM work blocks.
• Critical Thinker – can adapt scripts, fix a failed post, or troubleshoot on the fly.

Key Results (Your KPIs)

• Consistency – 28 posts/week live on schedule.
• Engagement Growth – comments, shares, saves rising month-over-month.
• Reach Growth – impressions & followers trending up weekly.
• Lead Volume – trackable inquiry DMs / link clicks from posts.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Social Media / Content VA (or similar).
• Portfolio showing BOTH short-form video edits and Canva graphics.
• Solid Canva + short-form video software proficiency.
• Stable 50 Mbps internet & backup power.
