Creative Video Ad Editor – Build Winning Meta Ads for a Growing Supplements Brand (Full-Time)

Do you love making ads that actually sell?
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand in health & beauty (€700K+ revenue last year), now going all-in on supplements. We’re looking for one creative editor to become the engine behind our ads, and grow with us as we scale.

You focus on creating, we handle the rest. We write the scripts, provide reference ads and do the language check. You bring them to life.
You don’t need to speak Dutch. Our ads run in Dutch, but we provide all copy and review every video.
Your work gets measured, and rewarded. You see how your ads perform, and winning ads earn you bonuses on top of your salary.
Flexible hours. Work when it suits you, as long as deadlines are met.
Long-term growth. As the brand grows, so does your role.

What you’ll create

8–12 videos per week (video ads, statics and VSLs), depending on complexity
All visuals made or found by you: AI image and video generation, stock or other sources
New hooks, angles and formats based on what the data tells us

AI-powered, never AI slop
You’ll use AI tools daily, but nobody should be able to tell. Every ad must look authentic, polished and on-brand. If it doesn’t stop the scroll, it doesn’t go live.

You’re a fit if you have

Experience making paid social ads (Meta) for e-commerce brands
Proof of results: winning ads, ROAS, CTR or other numbers
Hands-on skills with AI image and video tools
A sharp eye for hooks, pacing and storytelling
Speed and consistency at high output
Bonus: experience in supplements, health or beauty
