Podcast Guest Booking Specialist (Part-Time, Long-Term)

About me
I am the founder of High Conflict Resolutions, a San Diego practice that coaches parents through high-conflict co-parenting after separation and divorce. I am also a licensed California attorney with 23 years of experience as a litigator. I want to appear as a guest on podcasts that serve parents, divorcing families, therapists, and family law professionals.

What this role is
This is a guest booking role. You will be pitching me as a guest to other people's podcasts. This is different from podcast production or managing a host's show. Please only apply if you have booked a client as a guest on podcasts before.

What you will do

• Research podcasts that fit my expertise and audience, and judge whether each show is a good match
• Write personalized pitch email s to hosts and producers
• Follow up politely and track every pitch and response in a spreadsheet
• Schedule confirmed interviews and prepare a short brief on each show before I record
• Send me a short weekly report on pitches sent, replies, and bookings

What I am looking for

• A proven record of booking clients as podcast guests, with links to episodes you secured
• Excellent written English. Your pitches will go to U.S. hosts and must sound natural.
• Good judgment about which shows are a real fit, rather than sending large numbers of generic pitches
• Reliability, honest communication, and comfort working independently
• Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendly, or PodMatch is a plus

Hours and pay
This is a part-time position with a set number of hours each week. Please include your expected monthly rate.
