Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher (Full Time, Remote, US Hours)

Blitz Window Cleaning is a growing residential and commercial window cleaning and screen replacement company in Phoenix, Arizona. We are hiring one full time operations coordinator to run the back end of the business. You will be the person our customers and field technicians call, and you will be expected to solve problems, not pass them along.

What you will do

Answer all inbound customer service calls and handle them start to finish
Route and schedule jobs for our field technicians
Be the first call for technicians when something comes up in the field, whether a schedule change or an issue at a customer’s home, and resolve it
Collect payments from customers
Run payroll for the team
Keep internal tracking spreadsheets and dashboards up to date
Keep customer account records accurate and current
Track online reviews and log them to customer accounts
Handle general organization and the small backend tasks that come with running a service business
Build out SOP's and smooth out functions in the business

What we need from you

Full time, working US hours on Arizona time (no daylight saving changes)
Clear, neutral spoken English with a neutral accent. You will be on the phone with American customers and technicians all day. A live phone call is the first step in our process
Smart, takes ownership, and contributes. We are not looking for someone who needs instructions for everything. We want someone who figures things out, solves problems on their own, and improves how things run
Prior experience in an operations, dispatch, scheduling, or office coordinator role
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset
