Remote Manila based | 11:00am–7:00pm Philippine time | Monday to Friday

Love getting the details right? Join Solve Outsource Inc. and help growing businesses in Ireland and the UK stay on top of their numbers. You’ll work across a range of clients, solve day-to-day accounting queries and help our team deliver financial information clients can rely on.

What you’ll do

• Keep client books accurate and up to date, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers, follow up on outstanding items and resolve differences.
• Prepare schedules and reconciliations for monthly management accounts and support VAT return preparation.
• Keep clear records, raise queries promptly and work closely with our accounting team in Ireland.
• Manage priorities across several clients while meeting agreed deadlines.

What you’ll bring

• Solid bookkeeping experience and a confident grasp of double entry, reconciliations and ledger management.
• Experience with Xero or QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based systems would be a strong advantage.
• Experience working with multiple clients is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication, good organisation and pride in producing accurate work.
