We’re Vier je stad, a Dutch brand selling handmade glass Christmas ornaments inspired by famous buildings. We spend quite a lot on Meta every month and creative is the most important lever that matters to us. We want one editor to own our video output.

This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your reel is weddings, corporate, travel or long-form YouTube, this isn't your job and we won't be a good client for you.

What you’d be doing

• From product images creating short AI videos in Higgsfield while preserving product details
• Cutting UGC footage into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5
• Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing
• Generating AI B-roll and AI UGC in Higgsfield, and making it not look like AI
• Producing hook variants — same body, 4–6 different openings, tested against each other
• Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards
• Creating short video ads around gifting, city pride and memories of home

How we work
Our creative workflow combines visual concepts with different products and buying motivations: city pride, memories of home, meaningful gifts, and collecting. You’ll develop a concept, adapt it across different building ornaments, and create variations for testing. Successful concepts are then rolled out across other cities.

How you work

• You take initiative, notices small visual mistakes, and communicates proactively.
• You ask useful questions before starting, share early drafts, actively seek feedback, and apply what you learn to future work.
• You can follow an existing workflow while also suggesting improvements.
• You check AI-generated content carefully against our product references rather than accepting the first result. If something is taking too long or a brief is unclear, you flag it early and suggest a practical next step.
• You keep files organised, provide clear progress updates, and take responsibility for delivering finished, usable content.

Tools & skills

• Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• You must be genuinely fluent in Higgsfield — not "I've tried it." We pay for all AI subscriptions and you work on our accounts.
• A good eye for realism, composition, lighting, and small product details.
• Clear fluent communication in English.

What we offer

• $ ---------- /month to start, depending on level
• Mostly async. 2–3 hours daily overlap with Amsterdam (CET), reply within 4 working hours.
• Initially 2-3 months until end of December. If performed well we could hire you for another business.
• 15 paid days off per year plus Philippine public holidays
• Paid test assignment ($150) before we hire — you're paid whether or not we take you
