Finance VA – Live Online Presenter for a Stock & Options Education Community (Part-Time to Full-Time)

About the Role
I’m a US-based former money manager who runs an online education community. It teaches everyday investors about stocks, options and derivatives. I’m looking for a finance-minded presenter to deliver live educational sessions to our US members and help support the community.

The role starts part-time (4 hrs/day) and can grow to full-time (8 hrs/day) for the right person. All presentation materials are provided, and training is included.

Responsibilities

Deliver live online presentations over Zoom to US-based members, several times a week
Prepare thoroughly before each session using the PowerPoint decks provided, so you can confidently answer member questions live
Prepare and record online lesson videos that will be posted only for our private community members to view. All content is strictly confidential
Run Q&A during calls and note any questions you can’t answer, so they can be followed up
Answer member questions in the online community and keep discussions active and helpful
Welcome new members and help them find the right lessons to start with
Help organize session recordings, replays and the community calendar
Collect feedback and common questions so we can improve future sessions
Other tasks within the community as needed

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business (Finance major strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of the basics of stocks, stock options (calls/puts), bonds and futures
Excellent spoken and written English. You’ll be presenting live to US clients
Confident and engaging on camera, both live and in recorded lesson videos, and able to explain complex topics simply
Reliable internet, a good webcam and microphone, and a quiet, professional workspace
Able to work a fixed schedule during US Central Time business hours (this is a night shift in the Philippines)

Nice to Have

Experience teaching, tutoring, training or presenting
Personal experience trading or investing
Familiarity with Skool, Zoom, Google Workspace or Canva
Licenses or coursework in finance or investments (e.g., CFA progress, certifications)

This is an education role. You will teach concepts, not give personal investment advice or tell members what to buy or sell.
All lesson materials, videos and community content are strictly confidential. They must not be shared, reposted or used outside the community.

Schedule

Fixed schedule, US Central Time business hours
Part-time (4 hrs/day) to start, with the potential to move to full-time (8 hrs/day)

Compensation

[₱ range] per month, depending on experience
Paid training
Performance-based raises and bonuses
