Job type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Salary: $600 – $1,000 USD / month, based on experience. Paid every two weeks.

About us

Manos Corp runs a network of YouTube channels and digital products. We are a small, fast team. Our founder is not a developer, so you will be the person who owns the code. You will get clear written briefs, fast decisions, and a lot of freedom in how you build.

What you will do

Own and improve our internal web app (Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Cloudflare R2, hosted on Render)
Maintain and extend our AI content tool and automated video generator
Build new automations: YouTube data pulls, script and voiceover generation, Trello and ---------- integrations, browser automation
Fix bugs fast and keep things running
Build new tools as the business needs them

Our stack

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Postgres (Neon), Cloudflare R2, Node, Python, ffmpeg, yt-dlp, OpenRouter / LLM APIs, TTS APIs, Trello and ---------- APIs, Render, Vercel.

You are a good fit if you

Have 2+ years shipping real software that people actually used
Are comfortable in both TypeScript and Python
Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) well, and understand the code they write
Can take a written brief and ship it end to end without hand-holding
Write clear English and give short daily updates
Are honest about what is done, what is not, and what broke

How we work

Remote. ---------- for communication, Trello for tasks. Async, so your hours are flexible, but we need at least 3 hours of overlap with Philippine daytime. Short written standup every working day.
