We are The Foozie™ – a fast-growing Australian ecommerce brand selling premium slipper socks in the US, CA, UK, IE, EU, AU & NZ. We're hiring a full-time Shopify Store & Ecommerce Marketing Manager: an experienced all-rounder who keeps our 7 storefronts running smoothly and plans the campaigns that grow them.

This is a long-term role with real autonomy, reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shopify Store Management: Products, collections, discount codes, banners and seasonal promotions across 7 storefronts, testing every code and link before it goes live.
• Email & SMS: Plan, write and build Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
• Paid Ads: Run and optimise Meta ads (Google and TikTok a plus), checking every ad against the brief before launch.
• Customer Service: Own Zendesk tickets, returns and order issues in quiet months; lead our seasonal CS assistant in peak.
• Content: Plan our social calendar, brief creators and video editors, and make simple Canva or CapCut edits yourself.
• Reporting & Planning: A clear daily report, a calendar planned 4+ weeks ahead, and insights, not just numbers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years managing a Shopify store: orders, products, discounts and apps (REQUIRED)
• Hands-on Klaviyo or similar email marketing experience (REQUIRED)
• Excellent written English for on-brand copy. Show us your words, not ChatGPT's (REQUIRED)
• A sharp eye for detail: alignment, fonts, prices, links and brand consistency (REQUIRED)
• Experience running Meta Ads, with results you can share (Preferred)
• Zendesk, Canva or Photoshop, and Google Sheets (Preferred)
• Bonus: short-form video editing (CapCut or Premiere) and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

ABOUT YOU:

You're an organised all-rounder who has run a store, not just worked on one. You test your own discount code before it goes out, notice when a margin is 2px off, and flag a deadline at risk at least 24 hours ahead. You share work in progress instead of working silently, and stay reliable while setting your own schedule. Feedback motivates you, and you never need to hear it twice.

SALARY:

Based on ability and experience, ranging from US $1,200 - $1,550/month. If you think you should be paid more, feel free to explain why in your application.
