Outbound Cold Caller / SDR (US PST Morning Shift - OTE $2,000 USD)

We are hiring 2 energetic Outbound SDRs / Cold Callers to join our founder on daily live dialing sessions targeting residential contractors (plumbers, HVAC, roofers) in Washington State (US).

Schedule & Shift:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM PST (This corresponds to 12:30 AM – 3:30 AM Manila Time).

Mandatory 3-hour live co-dialing block on Zoom with the founder. Uncapped dialing hours if you want to keep making calls after 12:30 PM PST.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $4.00 USD / hour ($60/week base for 15 hours).

Show-Up Bonus: $15.00 USD per qualified demo that shows up.

Closed Deal Bonus: $75.00 USD for every closed sale from your bookings.

Payouts: Weekly via Wise.

Excellent English communication and phone presence (C1/C2).
