Creative Strategist & Ecom Ad Copywriter

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a talented Creative Strategist & Copywriter who understands what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and buy.

This isn't a typical copywriting job where you simply follow instructions.

You'll have the freedom to research, develop creative angles, and turn customer insights into winning ad concepts. We value great ideas, independent thinking, and measurable results.

$1,000/month guaranteed base salary

• Performance bonuses of up to $600 per winning ad concept
• Potential earnings of $2,000–$3,000/month based on results

-What You'll Be Doing-

You'll be responsible for developing 30 video ad concepts and 10 static ad concepts per month. Your responsibilities include:

• Researching target audiences, competitors, and emerging market trends
• Discovering powerful customer pain points, desires, and buying motivations
• Developing compelling hooks, unique angles, and persuasive ad concepts
• Writing conversion-focused video ad scripts and static ad copy
• Creating easy-to-follow creative briefs for our production team
• Using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and writing
• Studying ad performance to continuously improve future concepts
• You focus on the strategy and creative ideas. Our production team handles execution.

-Who We're Looking For-

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience writing or conceptualizing successful e-commerce ads
• Understands direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
• Knows how to craft hooks that grab attention within seconds
• Can research products and uncover fresh advertising angles
• Understands advertising metrics and performance
• Is comfortable using AI tools
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Communicates clearly in English (B1 or higher)
• Wants a serious, long-term, full time opportunity
