About us
We are a fast-growing UK recruitment agency that places top talent with clients using our proven MIM methodology. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced, high-performing recruiter in the Philippines to work remotely with us.

Working hours
This role follows UK business hours, Monday to Friday. That is roughly 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Philippine time during UK summer time (late March to late October), and 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM during UK winter time. You must be comfortable working a consistent night shift.

The role
This is a full 360 recruitment role. You will handle the whole process yourself: winning new roles, finding the right candidates, and placing them. You will work at pace in a results-driven team where hard work is noticed and rewarded.

What you’ll be doing

Bringing on new jobs by building and developing client relationships
Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, job boards and referrals
Screening and interviewing candidates using our MIM methodology
Managing candidates and clients through to offer and placement
Keeping our CRM and candidate records accurate and up to date
Working closely with the UK team to share leads, knowledge and wins

What we’re looking for

At least 5 years of consistent, hands-on recruitment experience
A proven track record of business development and successful placements
Excellent written and spoken English, confident speaking with UK clients and candidates
Experience recruiting for UK or international clients (strongly preferred)
High energy, drive and resilience, with the ability to work at pace
A team player who is self-motivated and accountable for results
Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills
A quiet home workspace, reliable computer, and stable high-speed internet with a backup connection or power supply

What we offer

Base salary of ₱60,000–₱90,000 per month, depending on experience
Uncapped commission on every placement
Night differential pay
HMO health cover
13th month pay
