Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Operations

We're a growing short-term rental company looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us onboard new properties, optimize performance, and grow direct bookings. This role suits someone who knows the vacation rental tech stack well and enjoys turning listings into top performers.

What you'll do

Onboard new properties: create and publish listings across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.), write compelling descriptions, organize photos, and prepare guest guides and house manuals.
Set up and automate systems: configure our property management system (PMS) and connect integrations, including channel managers, dynamic pricing tools, and payment systems. Research and implement tools and solutions to automate workflows and guest communications.
Optimize pricing and conversion: monitor rates, occupancy, and competitor listings; adjust pricing strategy; and improve listing content, photos, and reviews to raise conversion rates.
Grow direct bookings: develop and run strategies to increase direct bookings, such as website and booking engine improvements, email marketing, repeat-guest offers, and social media.
Document processes: develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key business functions so tasks run consistently and can scale.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in short-term rental or vacation rental management
Hands-on experience with at least one PMS (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable) and dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse)
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and creating SOPs
Strong understanding of OTA algorithms and listing optimization
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with the Dubai holiday home market and DTCM requirements is a plus
