Looking for a GHL Specialist: Automations, IVR, AI Agents & Reporting

I’m looking for a GoHighLevel specialist to handle the GHL setup and automation side of my web design and SEO agency’s client projects. My target clients are primarily contractors and local service businesses, such as landscaping companies, HVAC, plumbers and sanitation services. I may also have an upcoming project for a dental office.

I currently have a small client base and want to expand the services I offer through GoHighLevel. I’m looking for someone who has successfully implemented these systems for real businesses and can demonstrate both how they work and the results they’ve produced. Relevant examples could include improved appointment bookings, fewer missed leads, or reduced administrative work.

Here are the areas I’d like help with:

1. Pipeline automation and client reporting

Most businesses don’t update their pipelines, making it difficult to track results and deliver accurate reports. I’d like to automate updates wherever possible and give owners a simple way to confirm outcomes, such as appointments booked, attendance, or jobs won, without manually managing the pipeline.

The goal is to move leads through the pipeline automatically, without requiring business owners to manually drag them between stages, and generate accurate reports at the end of each month based on confirmed lead activity and outcomes.

2. IVR setup

Screen incoming calls to reduce spam and unnecessary interruptions while making it easy for legitimate customers to reach the business. I think a simple “press a number” menu could help screen out automated spam calls, and I’d appreciate your recommendations based on systems you’ve implemented.

3. Voice AI agents and chatbots

Help me understand where these tools would benefit my clients and implement them when appropriate. I’m interested in actual results from businesses you’ve worked with, along with limitations, usage costs, and maintenance requirements.

4. Google review automation

Set up automated review requests after completed services.

Payment structure

I’m looking for support on a project basis, with an agreed price per client account setup based on its scope, especially while I’m starting out.
