About Proficio

Proficio is a Philippine business valuation and SME credit-intelligence company. We build SMEVE, a tool that helps lending teams assess small and medium businesses. We're a small team, our LinkedIn presence is new, and this role runs it day to day.

The role

We're looking for a social media marketer who has done this for a business before and can run our channels with light direction. Most of the work is the Proficio company page on LinkedIn. You'll also support our co-founder Jimmy Lin CA's profile with target lists and comment ideas. You won't post in his name.

Responsibilities

• Plan posts from our monthly content calendar and schedule them on the Proficio LinkedIn page
• Turn our articles and company news into short, readable posts
• Create simple graphics in Canva using our brand kit
• Grow the page with real people in Philippine banking, lending and small business
• Engage every working day: comment on relevant posts and reply to comments on ours
• Keep a list of people, pages and groups worth following, for the company page and for Jimmy's profile
• Track followers, impressions and engagement, and send a short weekly report on what worked and what didn't

Tools

• LinkedIn, including the page scheduler or a scheduling tool we choose
• Canva, with a brand kit we provide
• Google Docs and Sheets for the calendar, lists and weekly report

Requirements

• At least 2 years of social media marketing for a business or brand, not only personal accounts
• Hands-on LinkedIn experience: pages or profiles you've posted for, scheduled and reported on
• At least one account you've grown, with before-and-after numbers
• Clear, natural written English
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability for the occasional video call

Nice to have

• Facebook page experience
• Experience in, or a real interest in, finance, banking or small business
• A scheduling tool you already use, such as Meta Business Suite or Buffer

How we work

• Real growth only. No bought followers or likes, engagement pods, follow-for-follow, bots or automation tools.
• You draft, and our marketing team approves every post before it goes out.
• Once hired, you'll get admin access to the company page. You'll never be asked for anyone's password.
