Shine Shift Cleaning is a growing Canadian residential cleaning company serving homeowners in Ontario, Canada.

We are hiring a confident, intelligent, and reliable Remote Sales Representative and Virtual Assistant to help us convert customer inquiries into bookings and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and messages professionally.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Explain our cleaning services, pricing, and booking process.

• Coordinate appointments between customers and cleaning contractors.

• Handle customer concerns and scheduling changes.

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and booking software.

• Assist with contractor onboarding and daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong sales, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Previous phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred.

• Reliable laptop or computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.

• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take responsibility.

• Comfortable communicating with Canadian customers.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time (Canada).

Approximately 50 hours of weekly coverage, with paid hours and breaks determined in accordance with applicable local requirements.

Compensation

CAD $4 per hour, approximately CAD $867 monthly for 50 paid hours per week, plus performance bonuses for qualifying completed bookings. Final compensation and scheduling terms are subject to applicable employment requirements.
