TikTok & Instagram Growth Manager

HIRING — TikTok & Instagram Account Manager / Viral Music Marketing Specialist

Looking for someone experienced in creating, launching, growing and managing multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts for music artists.

This position is for electronic music artist GG Magree and her creative project HOT CORE.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT just a video editing position.

I need someone who can independently manage the entire process, from account creation to daily content posting and organic growth.

Responsibilities:

Create and set up new TikTok and Instagram accounts

Launch and manage 3–5 accounts across the platforms

Edit and post TikToks, Instagram Reels and photo carousels

Develop viral content strategies for music promotion

Create fan edits, artist clips and aesthetic content

Research trending sounds, formats and music discovery opportunities

Grow accounts organically and engage with relevant communities

Schedule and publish content consistently

Track views, engagement, followers and growth

Provide weekly performance reports

Follow platform rules and clearly identify artist-affiliated accounts

Creative Direction:

Underground electronic music, indie sleaze, electroclash, 2000s Tumblr, alternative fashion, punk, rave culture and nightlife.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts

Understanding of organic social media growth

Experience with music marketing preferred

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)

Excellent understanding of internet culture and viral content

Ability to work independently
