Short-Form Video Editor for Reels & TikTok | ASNYC Sales and Leasing

About the job:
I’m Andy, a real estate agent in New York City creating day-in-the-life content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

What you’ll do:
Edit day-in-the-life videos into short vertical reels (9:16)
Add captions, sound effects, music, and transitions
Blend AI-generated hook clips seamlessly into real footage (I provide the hook ideas/clips)
Keep pacing fast and engaging for social media

Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Strong English for captions and on-screen text
Good sense of timing for sound effects and trending audio
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Reliable communication and on-time delivery

EXTRA PAY, BIG PLUS:
Ability to generate the AI hook clips yourself using tools like Kling, Runway, or Veo etc...
I’ll pay more per reel if you can handle the generation too

Workload & pay:
Steady work: 3-7 videos per week
Starting at $5 per reel (about ₱308)
Performance bonus for videos that do well
