About Us

SoHa Living and SoHa Keiki are Hawaiʻi-based retail and lifestyle brands specializing in beautiful home décor, gifts, accessories, and children's products inspired by island living.

We are growing our creative team and looking for a talented, highly creative AI Video Content Creator to join us full-time.

Our existing AI creative team uses Kive.ai to develop product photography and lifestyle imagery for both brands. We are now looking for someone dedicated exclusively to transforming these images into stunning, realistic, and engaging video content.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated videos for our social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with our AI image creation team, using existing product and lifestyle imagery to bring our products and brand stories to life through movement, animation, and engaging visual storytelling.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands how to make AI-generated videos look natural, realistic, professional, and visually beautiful.

This is not a traditional video editing position. We are specifically looking for someone who is passionate about AI video generation and keeps up with the newest tools, techniques, and creative possibilities.

Model Consistency & Brand Identity

• Work with our established library of AI-generated models in Kive.ai to maintain a consistent look and feel across all video content.
• Use our designated AI models when creating lifestyle videos featuring people, ensuring the same faces, physical features, and overall appearances are maintained across different scenes and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with our AI image creation team to ensure seamless consistency between still photography and AI-generated videos.
• Maintain consistency in model appearance, product details, lighting, styling, and overall brand aesthetic.
• Ensure that AI-generated movement, facial expressions, and interactions look realistic and natural without altering the appearance of our established models.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Creation

• Create high-quality AI-generated videos using Kive.ai and other relevant AI video tools.
• Transform existing AI-generated product and lifestyle images into realistic, engaging videos.
• Develop videos featuring home décor, gifts, jewelry, children's products, apparel, and seasonal collections.
• Create realistic movement, camera motion, environmental effects, and lifestyle scenes.
• Maintain accurate product appearances, including colors, prints, proportions, and details.
• Ensure videos look natural and polished, avoiding common AI issues such as distorted objects, unnatural movement, and unrealistic transitions.

Social Media & Website Content

• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook , TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Create lifestyle and product videos for our Shopify websites, homepage banners, collection pages, and product pages.
• Develop engaging videos for product launches, seasonal promotions, holidays, and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt content into different formats and dimensions for each platform.
• Create seamless looping videos and subtle animations for website use.
• Incorporate music, text, transitions, and other creative elements when appropriate.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with our existing AI creative team, graphic designers, and marketing department.
• Utilize our library of AI-generated product and lifestyle imagery.
• Develop creative concepts that bring our products to life through video.
• Follow brand guidelines while contributing new ideas and creative direction.
• Collaborate with the social media team to understand upcoming campaigns and content needs.
• Help establish an efficient workflow for producing a consistent volume of high-quality video content.

AI Innovation & Improvement

• Stay current with emerging AI video generation tools, features, and techniques.
• Experiment with prompts, motion settings, camera movements, and visual effects to improve results.
• Continuously improve video realism, consistency, and production quality.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Recommend new tools or methods that could elevate our creative content.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience creating AI-generated videos using Kive.ai or similar AI video generation platforms.
• Strong understanding of image-to-video AI generation.
• Excellent creative eye for composition, lighting, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to produce realistic, premium-looking video content.
• Experience editing and formatting videos for social media.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when maintaining product accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver consistent output.
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of supporting the necessary creative tools.

Preferred:

• Experience with Kive.ai.
• Experience with other AI video platforms such as Kling, Runway, or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for retail, e-commerce, home décor, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience optimizing videos for Shopify websites.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
• Experience with AI prompting and creative experimentation.
