Title: Virtual Assistant – Facebook Ads & Business Manager Operations (Part-Time)

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to assist our digital marketing team with operational tasks related to Meta (Facebook ) Ads and Business Manager setups.

This is a flexible, part-time position requiring roughly 5 to 10 hours per week, with a consistent monthly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting our team with connecting assets and managing user roles inside Meta Business Manager.
• Performing routine operational checks to ensure advertising accounts and assets remain healthy and active.
• Verifying access, accepting business invitations, and confirming Business Manager permissions.
• Providing weekly monitoring updates and checking ad delivery status when requested.
• Being available for quick check-ins via chat during working hours.

Requirements:

• Must have an established, active personal Facebook account (several years old) in good standing with Meta (no active advertising restrictions or bans).
• Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and desktop/laptop computer.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Trustworthy, communicative, and responsive.

Compensation & Hours:

• Monthly Retainer: $150 – $200 / month (depending on experience).
• Expected Time Commitment: 5–10 hours per week (very flexible).
• Long-term collaboration for the right candidate.
