Website Developer / SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Website Developer with strong SEO expertise to help build and optimize websites and landing pages for a dental practice.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both the technical website development and the search optimization side, including traditional SEO, local SEO, and optimization for emerging AI-powered search platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and optimize professional, mobile-friendly websites and landing pages
• Develop landing pages designed to generate qualified leads and consultations
• Implement on-page, technical, and local SEO
• Optimize website structure, content, headings, metadata, internal linking, and other SEO elements
• Improve website speed, responsiveness, usability, and overall performance
• Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Optimize website content and structure for AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, and other emerging search tools
• Research and recommend SEO and conversion improvements
• Help improve organic visibility and lead-generation performance
• Provide recommendations based on current SEO and website best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in website development
• Strong experience with SEO and local SEO
• Solid understanding of technical SEO
• Experience building and optimizing landing pages
• Experience with WordPress or other major website platforms
• Knowledge or experience with GEO, AEO, and AI search optimization
• Understanding of conversion-focused website design
• Ability to explain technical recommendations clearly
• Experience working with dental, healthcare, medical, or other local-service businesses is a strong advantage
