Majic Automation – Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling & Appointment Setting)
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to follow our scripts and book qualified appointments for our clients. This is a performance-driven role commission per qualified booking.

Consistency and execution matter. This is a great fit for someone who can follow scripts, handle conversations confidently, and wants performance-based upside.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls using our provided scripts
Book qualified appointments based on our criteria
Follow SOPs and call structure exactly
Update CRM/Google Sheets with accurate call notes
Handle basic objections using our training
Flag issues and maintain clean records

Pay
Hourly rate + commission per qualified appointment booked
Bonuses for performance, consistency, and show-up rate

Requirements
Strong spoken English (clear and confident)
Comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods
Ability to follow scripts exactly while sounding natural
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
Coachable and open to feedback
Cold calling or sales experience preferred (not required)
