About Us

Showhome Furniture Victoria is a growing furniture store in British Columbia, Canada. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable virtual assistant based in the Philippines to manage our digital marketing and help bring more customers into our showroom.

We need someone who can take ownership, suggest improvements, and turn marketing campaigns into inquiries and sales.

Your Responsibilities

Email marketing: Create, schedule, and send email campaigns featuring promotions, new products, and customer follow-ups.

SMS marketing: Manage text message campaigns, contact lists, and follow-ups while respecting customer consent and unsubscribe preferences.

Facebook and Instagram ads: Create, manage, test, and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

Google Ads: Build and optimize campaigns to attract local customers actively searching for furniture.

Website optimization: Update product information, improve website content and SEO, and make it easier for visitors to inquire or shop.

Google Business Profile: Keep our information accurate, add photos and updates, and improve our local online presence.

Performance tracking: Provide clear weekly reports showing advertising spend, leads, results, and recommended next steps.

Coordinate with our team to promote current offers and maintain consistent branding.

Requirements

Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience creating and sending email and SMS campaigns.

Working knowledge of SEO, website updates, and Google Business Profile management.

Strong written English and the ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy.

Ability to create simple promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable communication.

Comfortable working independently and managing several marketing channels.

Reliable internet connection and your own computer.

Experience with furniture, home décor, retail businesses, or local lead generation is a strong advantage.

Someone who understands how to generate qualified leads and increase sales—not just clicks and likes. You should be comfortable monitoring results, testing ideas, and making practical recommendations.
