HIRING: Experienced Real Estate Broker price opinion Specialist – Pay Per Assignment

We are hiring an experienced U.S. Real Estate Broker Price Opinion (BPO) Specialist for ongoing freelance, project-based work. This is a pay-per-assignment position, NOT hourly.

Candidates must have previous experience preparing U.S. residential, vacant land, and commercial BPO reports. Experience with Clear Capital or similar BPO platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Research subject property information using county GIS, tax records, MLS data when authorized, and public real estate websites.
• Find three verified sold comparables and three active listings when required.
• Research property characteristics, market conditions, and neighborhood trends.
• Prepare complete BPO research packages, including comparable adjustments and market commentary.
• Assist with residential, vacant land, and commercial BPOs.
• Complete provided BPO templates accurately.
• Provide verifiable sources for all comparable properties.
• Submit organized, accurate work ready for final review.

Payment Per Completed Assignment:

• Residential BPO: $5–$8
• Vacant Land BPO: $7–$10
• Commercial BPO: $12–$20
• Complex commercial assignments: Negotiable

Performance Requirements:

• Residential turnaround: Within 24 hours.
• Vacant land turnaround: Within 24 hours.
• Commercial turnaround: Within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain at least a 95% first-review acceptance rate.
• Provide accurate, verifiable comparable sales and listings.
• No fabricated property information or unsupported valuations.
• Correct identified errors promptly.
• Communicate immediately when comparable data is unavailable.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of U.S. BPO experience.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate valuations.
• Experience with Clear Capital or similar platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of Zillow, Redfin, ---------- , county GIS, and public records.
• Ability to research properties independently.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines.

Payment Terms:

Payment is made per completed and accepted assignment. Assignment pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. All research will be reviewed by a U.S. real estate professional before final submission.
