AI Video Clipping & Social Media Automation Specialist

I'm Terrence Ruffin, a professional bodybuilder and content creator behind Ruff Diesel. I'm looking for a specialist to build a system that automatically turns my completed YouTube videos into short-form content and publishes it to social media.

This is a systems-building role. The goal is to automate clipping and distribution with minimal manual work.

WHAT THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO DO

• Accept a completed video file or YouTube link through a simple submission process.
• Use AI to identify strong, self-contained moments from bodybuilding, training, business and lifestyle videos.
• Create vertical clips with accurate captions, effective framing and clean cuts.
• Draft platform-appropriate captions in my voice.
• Schedule and publish clips to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok using supported integrations.
• Track what has been published, prevent duplicate posts and flag failures.
• Allow review before publishing, with the option to automate posting further once quality is proven.

QUALITY MATTERS
Clips must have a clear hook and payoff, preserve the meaning of what I said, and avoid awkward cuts. The system should prioritize useful insights, stories and compelling moments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with AI video clipping tools and automated publishing workflows.
• Ability to connect tools using n8n, Make, Zapier or APIs.
• Understanding of short-form editing, captions and vertical reframing.
• Evidence of similar systems you personally built.
• Clear documentation and the ability to train my assistant to manage the system.

FIRST PAID PROJECT
Use one of my completed YouTube videos to demonstrate the full workflow: video intake, AI clipping, captions, review and scheduled publishing. Explain what is automated, what requires manual input and the monthly software costs.

TO APPLY, SEND
1. A video demonstration of a similar workflow you built.
2. Three example clips produced by your system.
3. Your recommended tools and their limitations.
4. Your setup fee, ongoing maintenance rate and availability.
5. How you would prevent weak clips, incorrect captions and publishing errors.
