Downunder Property Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Canva Designer to assist with our real estate marketing and branding.

We're looking for someone who can take ideas, content and brand guidelines and turn them into professional, visually engaging designs.

What you'll be working on:

Real estate listing presentations and pre-listing packages

A4 presentation folders, brochures and marketing booklets

Property marketing materials and flyers

Social media graphics, carousels and promotional content

Buyer and seller guides

Other creative projects as required

What we're looking for:

Strong experience using Canva Pro

A great eye for layout, typography and branding

Ability to create clean, modern and premium designs

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas

Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Experience in real estate marketing is a bonus, but not essential

The role:

This is a casual, project-based opportunity with the potential for regular ongoing work. You'll work remotely, with flexibility around your schedule.
