Jay's Heating, Air & Plumbing is a four-generation HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving North Carolina and Virginia, with 50+ employees. We're growing, and we're building an offshore support team to back up our in-house office staff.

What you'll do

• Draft professional replies to online customer reviews for approval
• Request reviews from satisfied customers
• Schedule and post social media content
• Compile weekly marketing numbers (Google ads and local service leads) into a simple report
• Support our marketing coordinator with research and campaign tasks

Requirements

• 1+ year in social media, digital marketing, or customer support writing
• Excellent written English with a warm, professional tone
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, Facebook , and Canva
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
• Detail-oriented and dependable

Nice to have: Experience with Google Ads or Local Services Ads reporting, or with a home-services business

Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, long-term.
