Graphic and Web Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Graphic and Web Designer with 5 to 10+ years of proven industry experience to join our team full time. As a retail plant brand sold in over 5,000 locations across the US and Canada, we rely on high-impact visual communication to bring our brand to life across print and digital platforms.

Reporting directly to the Senior Designer, you will take complete ownership of creative deliverables and bring our Core Values into every project:

▪ Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, and external partners to achieve shared goals.

Responsiblities:
▪ Design brand identities, marketing assets, multi-page brochures, print ads and trade show banners.
▪ Support the marketing team with design assets for events and digital requirements.
▪ Prepare print-ready files for print vendors.
▪ Layout responsive web pages and landing pages.
▪ Perform routine updates, edits, and new page builds in WordPress.
▪ Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm PST (open to flexibility)

Requirements:
✅ You must have a portfolio to show your best design work across the areas of Branding, Publication Layout Design, Web Design, etc. The portfolio can be online or a PDF document.

✅ You have experience working with publication layouts such as magazines, books, or multi-page brochures, using Adobe InDesign. (Include in your portfolio the links if possible).

✅ You have access to Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD), a fast and reliable computer and stable internet connection.

Nice-to-have (Bonus):
Experience in WordPress using page builders like Elementor or Bricks, and handling routine site updates.

Compensation and Benefits:
▪ $1,500/month USD and paid out twice a month($750)
▪ 12 PTOs/year
▪ Upon completing 12 consecutive months of service with the company, you will receive a 13th-month bonus equal to one full month's pay
