Comb through databases to find prospective customer information. Name, address, phone number, etc.
Enter information into CRM/database
Contact customer and schedule inspections if English is advanced
Measure roofs
Use AI resources to help automate and scale process
Review generation & AI/SEO
Comb through previous customers, qualify those with positive experiences, reach out for 5-star reviews
Work on improving our SEO and optimizing SEO for AI.
Social media management
Generate and post social media content.
Monitor and post to nextdoor, marketplace, facebook groups etc.
SOP development
Develop a standard operating procedure for day-to-day operations. Sales process, scheduling process, payment collection process, etc.
Meet daily
Help update processes and automations
Help with incoming call management. Enter information into spreadsheet or program. Information is logged to a database (CRM and assigned to a salesrep. Information texted/emailed to salesrep.
Improve mail merge
Import accounts receivable .csv into Quickbooks online.
Automate invoice reminders.
Keep up with past due payments and start lien process if needed.
Voice mail database – pull information from voi cemail email s and automate entry into database (CRM)

Hire assistance as necessary
Find talent to help with any of the above. Negotiate and hire as needed. Additional assistance would be used on a gig basis.
