About the Role

We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and highly creative Graphic Designer & Photo-Manipulator with elite, manual Adobe Photoshop skills and experience in high-volume print production.

This is not an AI prompting role. We require a true digital artist who can take complex, highly personalized customer briefs, specifically a collection of multiple individual images representing a customer's dreams, goals, and visions, and manually stitch, blend, and paint them into a single, breathtaking, cohesive graphic optimized for high-resolution canvas printing.

This role is ideal for a Photoshop expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver masterpiece-level, high-resolution outputs at scale using traditional digital compositing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Print-Ready Optimization: Prepare all final graphics to strict print-on-demand specifications (300+ DPI/high resolution, correct color profiles, bleed lines for canvas gallery wrapping).
  • E-Commerce Visuals: Design complementary product mockups, launch banners, and promotional graphics showcasing the final canvas prints in realistic home settings.
  • Volume Production: Maintain a consistent, rapid daily output of finalized print files without sacrificing the emotional and artistic depth of the customer's vision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop: Absolute expertise in advanced masking, layers, blending modes, color grading, and manual digital brushwork.
  • Elite Photo-Manipulation Portfolio: Proven experience in digital collage, matte painting, or advanced photo manipulation. You must be able to prove you can make completely different images look like they belong in the same artwork without relying on AI.
  • Print Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of resolution constraints, CMYK vs. RGB color spaces, canvas wrapping constraints, and bleed lines.
  • An Eye for Detail & Composition: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, focal points, perspective, and lighting.
