About the Business

We are a Canadian online education company, Easy CE, developing accredited continuing education courses, professional development programs, and digital learning experiences.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist / AI Systems Developer to help build and implement the AI infrastructure for our growing business.

This is not a simple traditional virtual assistant position at this time. We need someone who has advanced knowledge of AI technology, automation, and systems integration and can independently recommend, design, and implement solutions.

We already have a basic Kajabi website and a separate Kajabi specialist. Our primary need is someone with strong AI and automation expertise who can help us build efficient, scalable systems.

Projects We Want to Develop

1. AI Business Brain & Knowledge Management

Set up and configure Claude for business operations.

Organize and transfer relevant ChatGPT conversations, projects, and knowledge into a structured, searchable system.

Build a centralized AI Business Brain for company knowledge, processes, content, and operations.

Establish reusable AI instructions, prompts, and workflows.

2. AI Dashboards & Business Management

Develop a personal daily dashboard integrating calendars, email s, reminders, and priorities.

Create an Easy CE business dashboard to manage projects, course production, marketing, and operations.

Integrate relevant applications.

Develop AI assistants that can help organize, prioritize, and manage daily activities.

3. AI Course Content & Media Production

Create AI workflows that transform completed course scripts into branded images, voiceovers, and short educational videos.

Develop repeatable systems for generating approximately 12–15 visual/video segments per course.

Maintain consistent branding and imagery across different courses.

Build efficient production processes for digital courses, workbooks, and personal development programs.

Coordinate technical workflows with our existing Kajabi specialist.

4. AI Marketing & Advertising

Develop AI-assisted SEO and website optimization workflows.

Automate content creation for social media and marketing.

Explore AI systems for Meta advertising, ad creation, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.

Develop lead generation, email marketing, and customer engagement automations.

5. AI Systems Integration & Automation

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Kajabi, and other business applications where appropriate.

Build AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.

Research and recommend the most cost-effective tools and software.

Determine when existing software is preferable to custom-built solutions.

Document systems so they can be maintained and expanded as the business grows.

Required Skills

Advanced experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI agent development.

Strong proficiency in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.

Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and workflow automation.

Ability to build AI knowledge management systems and dashboards.

Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience implementing reliable, practical AI solutions for businesses.

Ability to independently research, recommend, and implement technology.

Excellent English communication and project management skills.

Experience with Kajabi, AI video generation, SEO, Meta Ads, and online education platforms is an advantage.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who can take an idea and turn it into a functioning system.

For example, we may say:

"I want to upload a completed course script and have AI automatically prepare the branded visuals, voiceovers, video segments, and materials needed for publication."

We need someone who can evaluate the options, explain the best approach, recommend the necessary tools, and build the solution.

We value someone who is proactive, resourceful, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a project from beginning to completion.

Project Structure & Compensation

We will begin with a paid trial project.

The initial project will be agreed upon in advance, with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones.

Upon satisfactory completion of the first project, we will offer another project. We intend to continue working this way, assigning and paying for individual projects as they are successfully completed.

Our goal is to establish a long-term working relationship with a skilled AI specialist who can progressively build and manage our AI infrastructure.

Some projects will involve one-time system development, while others may lead to ongoing automation management, optimization, and technical support.

We are open to working with one highly skilled individual or a small team with complementary expertise.
